These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the websites, applications, and other products and services, including discussion boards, chat functions, courses, digital content, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Kacy Danae LLC (“Company,” “World of Wisdom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By clicking to accept these Terms, or by accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Communications

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us (including notices, updates, and transactional information). These communications are part of your relationship with us.

3. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (www.kacydanae.com/privacy) explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Services, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

4. Content and License

The Services allow you to upload, create, or share discussion posts, messages, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it, you grant Kacy Danae LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and share your User Content in connection with the Services.

You may not upload content that is illegal, harassing, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend/delete any account that violates our standards.

5. Payments

Some Services require payment. Payments may be one-time purchases, split-pay plans, or subscriptions.

  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Split-pay plans end when all scheduled installments are paid.
  • All payments are processed through third-party providers. By submitting payment, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen method.

No free trials are currently offered.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others.

  • Post or share objectionable, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content.

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

  • Upload viruses, spam, or harmful code.

  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell our content.

  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any account that engages in harassment, hate speech, violence, illegal activity, or otherwise violates these standards will be immediately suspended or terminated without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion in order to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.

7. Disclaimers

The Services provide educational and informational content related to astrology and personal growth. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kacy Danae LLC will not be liable for any damages of any kind, including indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of JAMS in Kanawha County, West Virginia. You waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kacy Danae LLC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
