CANCER NEW MOON | JUNE 2025

This Moon Isn’t Soft. It’s Sacred.

There’s something about Cancer energy that gets flattened into clichés. Bubble baths. Emotional overwhelm. Big feelings in a delicate shell. But that’s not the truth of it...not even close. Cancer is one of the deepest healers in the zodiac. It’s not here to soothe you. It’s here to save your damn life.

This New Moon in Cancer is personal for me. A few weeks ago, Mars crossed over my Moon, the planet that rules Cancer, and my nervous system finally told the truth. I couldn’t do cortisol anymore. I’ve been living in go-mode since my daughter was born. Because I had to. Because newborn life demanded it. Because my business was growing and I didn’t want to drop anything.

But eventually, I had to ask: is this actually working?

That question brought me back to the last time I faced this level of reckoning. Back when I was healing from chronic illness, and massive trauma...the kind of stuff people write horror films about. The kind of pain that took my organ while I was still awake.

It wasn’t fair. Not just the trauma. But the way it kept holding power over my future. If I wanted to build the life I dreamed of, I had to transcend what I’d been through. I couldn’t just carry it forever. I had to decide to move through the impossible.

And I did.

For me, that meant learning to grow food. Learning medicine. Understanding the land. Not because it was trendy. Not because I needed a hobby. But because it made me feel safe in a world that hadn’t always been safe to live in. That’s what real nourishment looked like to me.

Would that path be right for everyone? Probably not. But that’s the point.

Cancer energy asks: what do you need?

Not what’s cute. Or convenient. Or enough to get by.

But what will actually nourish you? What would heal you at the root? What would allow you to build a business or life that gives back instead of takes?

This New Moon is conjunct Jupiter...so yes, it’s a seeding moment. But it’s not just about vision boards and vibes. It’s about where you’re willing to get honest. The house this Moon touches in your chart? That’s where the healing begins. That’s where you need to get clear about what actually supports you.

And yes, that might feel tender. Because this Moon is also squaring Saturn and Neptune in Aries...the part of your chart that holds your fire, your fight, and your leadership codes. It’s normal if you feel like the ground is shaking a little.

But it’s not collapse. It’s the moment before breakthrough.

It’s not confusion. It’s your old identity dissolving.

It’s not “going backwards.” It’s shedding the version of you that was never meant to carry this much weight in the first place.

Why You Might Feel Like You’re Doubting Everything Right Now

You’re not crazy. This Moon is poking straight at your survival wiring. You’re being asked to step into your next level of leadership and everything in your body is bracing for impact. Your subconscious is asking: Can I really hold this? Will everything fall apart if I reach for more?

For my clients, the ones carrying deep Pluto codes and high-functioning nervous systems, this is where things crack open.

You’ve probably been doing “cute” inner work. Shadow work journals. Money affirmations. Instagram therapy.

But this Moon is not here for that.

This Moon is for the woman who’s done all that and is still stuck. Still undercharging. Still second-guessing. Still waiting for her energy to “feel right” before she steps into what’s already hers.

You’re not missing anything. You’re just trying to build from burnout and your body won’t let you fake it anymore.

Your capacity isn't the problem.
Your clarity isn’t even the problem.
The problem is that your nervous system is still waiting for permission. Still trying to earn your way in.

This Moon says: that ends now.

If you’ve been feeling like something big is trying to move through you—but you don’t feel safe to let it happen, you’re not broken. You’re just still living inside an identity that your subconscious has outgrown.

Which is exactly why I created the Invisible Ceiling Quiz. It’s designed to help you name the exact pattern you’re stuck in...so you can finally get free.

And when you're ready to shift it for real? Being Superhuman will guide you through your one core block, the one your brain latches onto every time you try to uplevel. You don’t need another mindset hack. You need to rewire your safety. This is how.

NEW MOON IN THE 1ST HOUSE
This New Moon isn’t asking for reinvention. It’s asking you to remember. The version of you who knew how to trust herself. The one who moved because it felt right, not because it looked strategic. You’ve outgrown the shape you made yourself small enough to fit inside. Now, the only way forward is through devotion to the truth of who you are becoming. This isn’t a glow-up. It’s a homecoming.

You might find yourself looking around at the things that once defined you and realizing they don’t fit anymore. The roles you took on. The version of success you’ve been chasing. The energy it took to keep up a certain image. If it feels like something in you is stretching, don’t tighten back down. This is where you rebuild. Not because you were broken, but because you finally stopped pretending that what was fine was ever enough.

In your business:
You’re being asked to return to your roots...not the scrappy survival version of you, but the part that knows sustainability is a power move. This is your invitation to build a business that holds you, not one you have to hold up every day by force. It’s about setting up your operations, systems, and daily rhythms in a way that actually supports the long game. Not just for income. For energy. For well-being. For the version of you who wants to feel held in her business instead of shackled to it. Take inventory of what feels heavy. Not everything that makes money is worth keeping.

NEW MOON IN THE 2ND HOUSE
This New Moon is asking you to take up space in your own worth. Not conceptually, not with affirmations, but in the way you move through your life. In the choices you make when nobody is watching. In the way you treat yourself when you mess up, pivot, or outgrow a version of yourself that once felt so right. This is a moment to rebuild your relationship with value from the inside out.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of only feeling worthy when you’re doing something productive or impressive. But this Moon is reminding you that your worth is not transactional. It isn’t earned by output or praise. It’s foundational. And if your nervous system has been conditioned to feel safe only in over-delivery or overthinking, this is your invitation to disrupt that loop. Create rituals that anchor you into feeling held without needing to prove it.

In your business:
This Moon is spotlighting your creative output and your offers. You might be revisiting old ideas, wondering if they still have a place, or maybe you’re sitting on something new that feels too raw to release. This is not the time to chase flashy launches just to stay relevant. This is the moment to refine, deepen, and ground into your offer suite so it feels like an extension of your values, not your urgency. What you put into the world right now will have roots. Make sure it comes from a place you want to keep growing.

NEW MOON IN THE 3RD HOUSE
You’re being asked to rethink the way you move through your days. The small choices. The seemingly insignificant ones. Because that’s where your power has been leaking. This New Moon is less about a grand revelation and more about the quiet recalibrations that allow you to show up as the woman you say you want to be. Your habits are calling. Not the ones you follow out of fear. The ones that anchor you into self-trust.

You may feel restless right now, like you need to get something done or fix something fast. But urgency is not your north star. This Moon wants you to slow down enough to hear what your nervous system is actually asking for. Where can you create more space to hear yourself think? Where can you move your body instead of forcing your brain? What if you let stillness bring the strategy instead of always trying to logic your way forward?

In your business:
This is a moment to clean up the backend. Your systems, schedules, workflows, and digital rituals are due for a tune-up. You’ve likely been doing too much manually, or you’ve been relying on habits that don’t match the energy of your next level. If your days feel full but you’re not seeing the impact, it’s time to stop pushing harder and start structuring smarter. This isn’t about optimizing for speed. It’s about streamlining for sustainability.

NEW MOON IN THE 4TH HOUSE
There’s something inside you that’s ready to soften. To stop proving. To stop over-caretaking. To stop holding so much that was never yours in the first place. This Moon is about the parts of your identity that were built in response to what other people needed from you. And now, you’re being given full permission to hand those parts back.

It might come as a craving for solitude. Or a realization that you’ve been organizing your emotional life around other people’s chaos. Either way, this is the moment to redefine what safety feels like. Not the kind of safety that comes from control or staying small, but the kind that’s rooted in deep emotional honesty. What do you need that you’ve been afraid to say out loud? Who do you become when you finally stop bracing for disappointment and start nurturing your own peace?

In your business:
Client dynamics and relational patterns in your business are shifting. Maybe you’re noticing certain boundaries feel harder to hold. Maybe you’re seeing how much of your energy has gone into over-delivering, micro-managing, or preemptively people-pleasing. This Moon is your opportunity to rebuild how you relate to the people inside your business. From clients to collaborators to team members, the recalibration starts here. The goal is mutuality, not martyrdom. Let your client experience evolve to reflect the care you’re also learning to give yourself.

NEW MOON IN THE 5TH HOUSE
This Moon is inviting you to reconnect with what feels good to create. Not what will perform. Not what’s trending. Not what everyone else is launching right now. This is about letting yourself tap into your creative instincts without immediately turning it into a strategy. If joy has felt like a luxury lately, it’s not because you’re too busy. It’s because you’ve forgotten that joy is the signal, not the reward.

You’re not here to produce content on demand like a machine. You’re here to make things that come from your own aliveness. This Moon might bring up old beliefs about what makes something “worthy” or “marketable.” But those ideas were never yours to begin with. You don’t have to prove the value of what comes naturally to you. You just have to give it space to breathe.

In your business:
This is a moment to examine your relationship with visibility, your offers, and the way you share your work. Have you been showing up in a way that feels flat, forced, or overly curated? This Moon wants to break that pattern. You are being invited to create from a place of generosity, not performance. To share what lights you up instead of what you think will be safe. This doesn’t mean you have to burn your brand down. It means you get to rebuild it with your real voice leading the way.

NEW MOON IN THE 6TH HOUSE
You’re being asked to rethink the rhythm of your days. The grind might be familiar, but that doesn’t mean it’s aligned. This Moon is highlighting where your habits are helping you hold it all together and where they’re secretly holding you back. If you’ve been waking up already exhausted or going to bed with your brain still buzzing, it’s time to get curious. Where have you been giving away your time and calling it productivity?

This is your chance to return to the rituals that actually nourish your body, your nervous system, and your energy. The ones that don’t perform well on Instagram. The ones that nobody else sees, but make all the difference in how you show up. You don’t need to overhaul your life. You need to bring some reverence back to the basics.

In your business:
This is a business workflow wake-up call. Not just to work less, but to work more intentionally. You’re being shown what’s not sustainable, what’s clogging your calendar, and what’s quietly draining you in the background. The invitation here is to redesign your systems so they support the version of you who is scaling with intention. Delegate, delete, and decide what stays. You are not behind. You’re just at the point where friction means the old model doesn’t fit.

NEW MOON IN THE 7TH HOUSE
This Moon is here to reflect your patterns in relationships. All of them. Romantic, platonic, professional. It’s asking where you’ve made yourself easier to hold so other people wouldn’t have to stretch. Where you’ve said yes when you meant maybe. Where you’ve over-explained just to keep the peace. You don’t need to be softer. You need to be clearer. This is your call to realign your connections with the woman you’re becoming, not the version of you that used to shape-shift to be loved.

If you feel a little raw, a little guarded, or like your heart is calling for more honesty, listen. The discomfort you’re feeling is not a breakdown. It’s the growing edge of your capacity for intimacy. Let yourself be met. Let yourself be seen. You don’t need to do it all alone anymore.

In your business:
This is about recalibrating how you relate to your clients, your team, and your collaborators. It’s not enough for the offer to be good. The relationship has to be clean. If you’ve been taking on clients out of fear, over-delivering to prove your value, or partnering with people who don’t reflect your values, this Moon will make it impossible to ignore. Upgrade your boundaries. Clarify your expectations. You’re building a business that honors both your gifts and your energy. Let your relationships reflect that.

NEW MOON IN THE 8TH HOUSE
This Moon is not subtle. It’s peeling back every illusion of control and asking you to tell the truth about what it costs to keep pretending that something still works when it doesn’t. Whether it’s a belief, a coping pattern, a relationship, or a version of success that used to light you up but now leaves you cold, it’s time to let it go. Not to create chaos. To create freedom.

This is your moment to move through the discomfort of release and trust that the version of you on the other side is already stronger. You are not the same woman who built those patterns. You can stop trying to fix the past and start choosing the future. Let this Moon be the funeral for everything you’ve outgrown and the seed for what you are finally ready to claim.

In your business:
This is a powerful time for transformation around money, power, and the way you scale. If you’ve been clinging to pricing that no longer reflects your value, offers that exhaust you, or client dynamics that feel disempowering, it’s time to stop managing it and start shifting it. This Moon isn’t just here to help you earn more. It’s here to help you hold more. That requires clearing out the places where your energy is leaking and rebuilding from a place of sovereignty. You are not here to prove you’re safe. You’re here to lead with integrity.

NEW MOON IN THE 9TH HOUSE
This Moon is cracking open your ideas about what’s possible for your life. Not just the safe next step, but the wild edge of what you’ve secretly been dreaming about. You might feel a pull toward teaching more boldly, speaking more publicly, or finally owning that you are not just meant to participate in the conversation. You’re meant to lead it.

If your current version of success feels too small or too safe, that’s not self-sabotage talking. That’s your soul asking for a wider sky. Let this Moon remind you that your desire to expand isn’t selfish. It’s sacred. And you don’t have to wait until it’s perfect or proven to begin.

In your business:
This is a turning point in your visibility and voice. You are being asked to show up in bigger rooms, speak with more clarity, and stop watering down what you know in order to be relatable. You have a perspective that is meant to shift people. You don’t need to preface it with ten disclaimers. Let your work take up more space. Let your message stretch into new formats, new audiences, and new levels of leadership. There is someone right now waiting to hear exactly what you’re still hesitating to say.

NEW MOON IN THE 10TH HOUSE
This is a reintroduction to your identity...not the one people expect, but the one that’s been quietly evolving behind the scenes. The version of you who is no longer available for roles that require her to dim. The woman who has nothing left to prove, but everything left to embody. This Moon is about stepping into that identity with both feet on the ground and both hands holding the power you’ve spent years earning.

You don’t need to announce your arrival. You just need to act like you’re already home in your becoming. Let this be the moment where you stop waiting to feel fully ready and start deciding that who you are now is enough to begin.

In your business:
This is your branding and leadership era upgrade. Not because you need a better logo or new color palette, but because your energy has changed. And your business needs to catch up. If your positioning, messaging, or visual presence feels disconnected from who you’ve become, this Moon is your cue to make it congruent. You are not here to chase attention. You are here to anchor authority. Let your brand reflect that. Let your business start matching the woman you’ve already stepped into.

NEW MOON IN THE 11TH HOUSE
This is a heart check on your circles, your collaborations, and your communities. Who do you let close? Who do you build with? And are those connections growing with you or just pulling from you? This Moon might surface old dynamics that no longer fit, or desires for deeper connection that you’ve been too busy to notice. You are allowed to crave resonance. You are allowed to outgrow spaces that used to fit.

Let this Moon clear the static in your field. Let it sharpen your standards. You are not meant to be everything for everyone. You are meant to be deeply known by the people who truly see you.

In your business:
Your audience, network, and long-term vision are asking for an upgrade. If you’ve been marketing to the wrong people, saying yes to misaligned partnerships, or bending your voice to meet a crowd that doesn’t actually get you, this Moon is your moment to recalibrate. It’s not about reaching more people. It’s about reaching the right ones. Let yourself be heard for who you really are, not just who you thought you had to be to stay visible. The right clients, collaborators, and communities are drawn to truth, not performance.

NEW MOON IN THE 12TH HOUSE
This is a reset on the inside. The kind where you’re finally honest about what you’ve been holding, what you’ve been hiding, and what you’re too tired to carry anymore. You don’t need to fix it all right now. You just need to tell the truth. This Moon is where the illusion of “keeping it together” finally stops feeling brave, and starts feeling like a burden. You don’t have to disappear to rest. You don’t have to earn your next chapter. You just have to be honest about what this one is costing you.

If the quiet feels loud, listen to it. If the tears come uninvited, let them. You are not unraveling. You are shedding. And what’s left will be the strongest part of you.

In your business:
This is your energetic reset. If your business has felt heavy, noisy, or like it’s built on someone else’s rules, this Moon is your signal to step back and listen. Not to another strategy. To yourself. Something wants to be reborn here, but it won’t come through more doing. It will come through rest. Through honesty. Through slowing down long enough to notice where you’ve been working from fear instead of trust. Take the meeting off your calendar. Delay the launch. Not because you’re quitting, but because you’re letting your soul catch up to your strategy.
